All of us have been slaves to something—money, possessions, others’ opinions of us, image, drugs/alcohol, or _____________. God’s Word tells us we are freed from being run by our own selfish desires because Jesus set us free from bondage to sin. He freed you and me to live our lives as thank you notes to Him, pursuing lives of holiness-set apart and devoted to God-as we continually grow in faith.
